JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Penn State Lehigh Valley Department of Strategic Communications is accepting applications for student workers who have a creative eye to capture campus life in an on-demand, on-campus position.

PSU-LV Position - Student Worker Responsibilities: 

• Capture candid photos of students, faculty, staff and visitors for IG/FB daily stories and feed.
• Help with brainstorming new social media campaigns, contests, and other ways to boost engagement.
• Create marketing content as needed.
• Contribute to editorial calendar that tracks campus, national and international events of interest. 

Hours will vary based on your availability, capability, and event schedules (may range from 1-15/hours per week).

• Candidates must be enrolled in in-person classes in order to cover campus events when available.
• Must be aware of social media trends, filters, and apps for creating creative content.
• Must have up-to-date camera phone and ability to upload on the fly.
• Requires great people skills and willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
