Summary

The Barry Service Corps (BSC) Fellows program is a selective, civic leadership program that provides participating students with the opportunity to work towards long-term social change by collaborating with community organizations. By working directly with the Center for Community Service Initiatives, the Fellows provide direct and indirect service to address issues such as community justice, global citizenship, urban health, and youth development.

This position is best suited for students who are looking for concrete ways to get involved in addressing social issues and increase civic participation.

This position is Hybrid


Essential Functions

  • Civic leadership and fostering civic engagement among Barry students
  • Support CCSI programming



Qualifications/Requirements

  • Current enrollment as Barry student
  • Interest and commitment  to community service and social justice
  • Represent oneself professionally on behalf of Barry University
