What You Will Do

The Human Resources Field & Central Services Group is seeking a Post Bachelors or Post Masters intern to help us support the Laboratory’s employees, managers, and senior leaders in attracting, developing, and retaining the workforce that delivers solutions to some of the most pressing issues facing our nation and the world. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in a career in the Human Resources field. Partner with more senior HR Generalists to provide HR support in the areas of hiring, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and retention of staff across the Laboratory.

What You Need

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse professional population

  • Exceptional organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects

  • Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • A demonstrated interest in a Human Resources-related discipline as a career field

Desires Skills:

  • Experience and/or education directly related to Human Resources.

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.

Education (Post Bachelors): Completed a Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration or related field within the last 3 years with a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Education (Post Masters): Completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field within the last 3 years with a GPA of 3.2 or above.
