PHX Architecture is offering two scholarships to students enrolled in the architecture program who demonstrate the mission and goals of the Center of Building Innovation at ASU.

PHX Architecture is an architecture firm based in Scottsdale and Los Angeles, specializing in Luxury Residential, Golf Clubhouse, and Hospitality design. Our design concepts continually evolve, conform, and most importantly – respond to each project’s unique characteristics. Our team defines “Living Architecture” as a space that harmoniously combines site, form, functionality, and the human scale, creating the connective link between the surrounding environment and the client’s goals and vision.

The guiding north star of the Center of Building Innovation is the inter-related issues of social and climate justice in the built environment. To affect change, CoBI will bring together faculty and students from all disciplinary units related to the built environment at Arizona State University into one center to work across all three enterprises. Our professional disciplines in design and planning are changing to meet the demands of our planet and society. The way we finance, plan, design, build, and maintain our built environment is not the same as it was ten, twenty, or thirty years ago. To better prepare our students we must begin to rethink not only what we teach, the means by which we teach and learn, and most importantly, who is at the table.
