Scholarship information

This scholarship is intended to provide financial support to Industrial Design students at The Design School who will be a Senior in Spring 2024. Preference is given to students supporting families on a single income, students returning school, and/or students over the age of 28. There is also preference given to students with a sustainability focus in their studies and/or a demonstrated interest in using design to solve pressing social problems.

Additional criteria: 

Students must be a full-time undergraduate Senior student pursuing a degree in Industrial Design.

Students must also fill out the attached Scholarship Form and attach it in the "additional documentation" section within the general scholarship application for this scholarship.

Recipient shall be pursuing an academic degree in Industrial Design.
Recipient shall be a senior student.
Recipient shall be a full-time student defined by the University.
Recipient shall demonstrate documented financial need as defined by the ASU Office of Student Financial Services.


Donor preferences: 

Recipient shall complete an additional scholarship application form as provided by the Donor Representative. It is the Donor Representative’s preference the recipient be a student with a sustainability focus in their studies and/or a demonstrated interest in using design to solve pressing social problems.

All students who meet the other criteria are encouraged to apply and are considered; however, the donor has a preference that the award is given to students supporting families on a single income, students returning to school, and/or students over the age of 28.

There is also a preference the recipient be a student with a sustainability focus in their studies and/or a demonstrated interest in using design to solve pressing social problems.
