The Pathways for the Future Scholarship is a career development program created to provide learners with the knowledge necessary for life and work in the 21st century. As a Pathways scholar, you can access tailored career resources, including dedicated career advisors, events, leadership, mentoring opportunities, self-paced career courses, and more. This personalized support for scholars' career readiness aims to ensure that they are prepared to take the next steps upon finishing their academic program and have the skills and toolset to continuously develop and adapt to have a meaningful career. In addition, residents of Maricopa County interested in furthering their education by seeking an undergraduate degree will receive financial assistance to complete their program as a State Farm Scholar. The eligible degrees are within the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, the W.P. Carey School of Business, or The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Students must be a Maricopa County Resident interested in a program within the following schools/colleges:
