JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Supply Chain and Information Systems is seeking a graduate student (MBA, or MS in the areas related to supply chain management) as a teaching assistant (TA) for a third/fourth year-level undergraduate course “SCM 406: Strategic Procurement ” at Smeal College of Business in the Fall 2021 Semester. There are three sections, each with 43 students.


Job Duties

  • The primary job responsibilities include grading of case assignments and exams (note that case assignments will be mostly team-based, and written feedback should be provided on the submitted reports/memorandums), and exam proctoring.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written English, and reasonably good understanding on supply chain management.
  • Optional : work experience in the related field is a plus.
