INCUMBENTSA RE COMPENSATED AT VARYING RATES OF PAY BASED UPON THE WORK BEINGPERFORME D AND ACCORDING TO THE PAY SCHEDULE DEVELOPED AND MAINTAINED FOREACH DEP ARTMENT. INCUMBENTS MUST BE PAID AT LEAST MINIMUM WAGE.
