Application information

The Cancer Survivorship Scholarships requires that students submit an original essay of 1,000-1,500 words, answering one of the following prompts:

A
During your or your loved one’s battle with cancer, have you discovered unexpected courage in yourself that you did not know you had? Has someone else in your life inspired you with their courage? How has this affected how you expect to approach adversity in your life?

B
How has a battle against cancer (either your own or a loved one’s) affected your life and future goals? How has this experience led you to reassess what matters most to you?

We also ask all applicants to submit their contact information, proof of eligibility, and a professional headshot.
