Scholarship recognizes an undergraduate student majoring in the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria: Undergraduate students.
In good academic standing.
Must have major in the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business.
Preference should be given to students from Lorain County in Ohio.
Preference should be given to student that have graduate from an Elyria Ohio high school – with first preference to graduates of Elyria Catholic High School.
