Jacob's Personal Challenge Scholarship was established in 1986 to honor the accomplishments of Arthur Jacobs and in memory of his father Meyer C. Jacobs. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist students with disabilities.

Additional criteria:
• Graduate students must maintain 3.0 GPA;
• Complete online application;
• Submit at least one letter of reference (could be from faculty, teacher, or professional who know the student);
• Must include legible copy of transcripts from any other school attended. (Does not need to be an official. Must be able to identify the school they are from);
• Register with Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services
Application information
• There is no automatic renewal. You must reapply every year;
• Be currently registered with Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services or provide qualifying documentation of disability;
• Must complete 10 hours of campus/community involvement per semester;
• Meet with your Disability Access Consultant a minimum of once a month;
