The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences announces the availability of up to three Irwin R. Sheer and Yvonne H. Sheer Endowed Scholarships for motivated Arizona residents. Up to three scholarships of approximately $1,500 will be awarded for the 2024-2025 academic year at Arizona State University, with half of the total amount awarded each semester.
About Irwin R. Sheer and Yvonne H. Sheer
Irwin R. and Yvonne H. Sheer are very strong believers in the benefits of a quality education for both the individual and for our society at large. Unfortunately, obtaining a quality education can sometimes be difficult for students with financial needs. This fund has been established to provide assistance for undergraduate students of The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences who demonstrate financial need, are Arizona residents, and are motivated students. It is the hope of Irwin R. and Yvonne H. Sheer that by reducing the burden of financing their education, they will help students to focus successfully on their studies.
