Position Highlights | The University of Arizona Health Sciences (UAHS) is seeking a Data Analyst III to join the Center for Biomedical Informatics & Biostatistics. The incumbent will need to understand clinical and biomedical research domains to support and service research studies/projects users across campus as well as university-wide initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications | * Two years of relevant programming experience and proficiency in either Python, R, PHP, Java, C#, or Perl. * Proficient in SQL for at least one major RDBMS platform (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MS SQL, or). * Use of version control systems such as Git. * Well versed in creating reproducible analysis pipelines and workflows for ETL tasks. * Knowledge of terminology standards. * Knowledge of current and emerging computing technologies. * Knowledge of advanced data analysis, computational methods, and software engineering methods. |
