The First Things First Early Childhood Therapist Incentives Programs have two components: a Loan Repayment Program and a Stipend Program. The purpose of these programs is to provide incentives for Speech/Language Pathologist, Occupational and Physical Therapist, Child Psychologist, and Mental Health Specialist who provides early childhood development services to children birth through age 5 in specified areas of Arizona as determined by the First Things First (FTF) regional councils.

Eligibility:
 Arizona licensed and/or certified:
o Physical Therapist
o Speech/Language Pathologist
o Occupational Therapist
o Child Psychologist
o Mental Health Specialist
 Must be a United States Citizen and Permanent Resident
 Have a valid offer of employment at an eligible service site
 New to the region or newly providing services to children birth through age 5
 Work at least 30 hours per week for a minimum of two years at an approved service site
 Provide early childhood developmental services at eligible regional council zip codes
