Edwin & Karolynn Betts Performance Award

Scholarship recognizes outstanding performance ability, and perhaps more importantly, the dedication and integrity required to attain it.

Eligibility: Rising junior or senior.

Criteria: Must exhibit exceptional skill and technique as musical performer.
Full-time undergraduate student in the College of Musical Arts – emphasis on trumpet.
Good academic standing
Overall 3.0 GPA
Must demonstrate involvement with performance activities in College, University, community or profession.
Renewable – must continue to meet all criteria w/ preference given to students with an emphasis on trumpet.
If no trumpet students qualify, a student with an emphasis in any brass instrument may be selected.
