  • Assisting the Chief Development Officer and Assistant Director of Development with the implementation of donor and alumni events.

  • Department special events.

  • Alumni communications.

  • Eagles Club hospitality.

  • Donor relations.

  • Events may include alumni days, golf outings, banquets, and road receptions.

  • Act as a social media source, developing ideas and implementing content across all electronic platforms, internet broadcasts, and website maintenance.

  • Assist with content, design, and production process for print collateral.

  • The successful candidate will also record and update donor information and ensure athletics donor and alumni contact information is valid.
