Position Purpose
Student workers in Athletics Ticket Office will report to the Athletic Ticketing Coordinator, the Athletics Ticketing Assistant, and have responsibilities to include, but not limited to: selling and taking tickets at the gates, serving as an usher in the stands, and performing other customer service related tasks on game days. 
 
Must be able to work the all home football games and most home basketball games. 
 
 
Qualifications- Student workers are expected to be flexible with their schedule to account for game day needs, and must possess strong organizational and oral and written communication skills. Student workers must maintain a level of professionalism, understand confidentiality, and be willing to perform a variety of functions, at times in a high stress environment. Customer Service experience preferred. 
 
 
Evening and weekend availability is necessary. 
 
 
Work days and hours- Varies based on game-day schedule/class schedule availability.
Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
Experience working in customer service preferred.
