Department of Athletics
Position: Assistant Coach, Men’s Soccer. We are seeking to fill two (2) part time, seasonal men’s soccer positions in the Department of Athletics. Subsequent appointments are based on merit and program needs. The Department of Athletics regularly hires part-time coaches in the areas of Baseball, Basketball, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Track & Field/Cross Country, and Volleyball. We seek to expand the pool from which we consider persons for these positions. Coaches selected from this pool are hired on conditional contracts to coach in a given academic year. These contracts are conditioned on continued adequate budgetary support. Appointment in subsequent academic years is possible, but not guaranteed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, physical education or related field preferred. Demonstrated successful coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, or club levels; commitment to the academic and athletic success of the student-athlete; good communication skills and administrative abilities; demonstrated ability and/or interest in working in a multi-ethnic, multicultural environment.

Salary: Initial salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
