Scholarship information
Arizona Society for Coatings Technology is comprised of representatives from the paint and coatings industry. This scholarship supports students with the potential to make a positive impact on these industries in Arizona including those with knowledge of chemistry lab skills and experience with (bio)polymers. Preference will be given to applicants with research experience relevant to coatings, paint and polymers.
In addition to the monetary award, the recipient will be granted a student membership in the Arizona Society for Coatings Technology for the award year. Preference will be given to students pursuing a degree in the School of Molecular Sciences.

Recipient is expected to make a presentation describing his or her studies at least once at a society meeting during the award year.
Donor preferences:
Donor requires a recipient to be enrolled in the School of Molecular Sciences.
Preference will be given to students pursuing a degree in Chemistry. If no such candidates are available, additional preference will be given to students pursuing degrees in other related fields with a strong interest in the paint and coatings industry with a focus on polymers.
