ROLE of the POSITION
The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for enterprise application support for Student Life departments. The incumbent will be responsible for project management of application projects, over-site of application development, analyzing application related systems and technical documents; write instructional documentation, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; and providing technical assistance. The Application Support Analyst must also have a fundamental understanding of proper procedures for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Some evening and weekend work required. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule required.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Successful candidates will have the ability to interact effectively with a wide diversity of people, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate well in verbal and written form. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start of employment.
SALARY RANGE
Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
