Job Summary
Seeking student to assist with the daily responsibilities in the department. Job allows up to 20 hours a week, is year-round and can include summer. A strong work ethic, the ability to work both individually and as a team player, and personal integrity are desired.
Essential Functions
Recruiting 
  • Candidate Correspondence 
  • Interview Scheduling

Orientation 
  • Ordering, setting up, and breaking down breakfasts and lunches 

Training 
  • Printing materials
  • Preparing training materials 
  • Ordering, setting up, and breaking down breakfasts and lunches 
  • Coordinating receptions leading up to or following trainings 

Recognition 
  • Coordinating monthly Tiger PACT award winner luncheons 

HR Liaison Support 
  • COVID Contact-tracing 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Enrolled AU student
  • Dependability is a must regarding arriving on time to work. 
  • Capable of maintaining ongoing tasks until complete. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is desired. 
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  •  Very effective organizational skills.
  •  Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook Email.
  •  Self-starter and ability to work with limited supervision.
  •  Proactive and eager to learn.
Pay Rate $9.00/hour
Work Hours 15-20
