Student Communications Executive (NTU Global)

We are looking for a customer-focused, creative and dynamic Student Communications Executive to develop and implement marketing and communications plans that support activities and raise awareness of global student opportunities within NTU to current and prospective students and staff.

Working as part of the Global Student Opportunities team within NTU Global and having strong links with the Student Experience Marketing Communications team within the wider CAMS (Communications, Admissions, Marketing and Student Recruitment) department, this role will identify and create content for use on the website, in social media and on-campus for events. You will collaborate with colleagues to increase student engagement with NTU’s award-winning Global Lounges and the various international opportunities offered to students via NTU Global.

A self-starter, you will be an effective and confident communicator possessing excellent interpersonal skills and have experience in a service-led consumer marketing environment. With a demonstrable knowledge and proven success in relation to student engagement, you will have the ability to plan, deliver and monitor marketing and communication plans leading to successful results orientated multi-channelled campaigns to a wide student audience. Outstanding candidates will also have an understanding of the internationalisation of higher education and possess cross-cultural communication skills.

Please note that this role is 28 hours per week and the full-time salary will be paid pro rata.
