About the Role
The post-holder will manage and administer all activities relating to the MRes/PhD programme within the School. They will act as a main point of contact for MRes and PhD students, providing advice and guidance as needed. They will work closely with the Director of Graduate Studies and MRes Programme Director to continually develop and enhance processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of these programmes.
About You
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have experience of working within an educational environment. You will have experience of PGR, PGT or UG administration and a creative approach to problem solving. You will have strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a varied workload, meet deadlines and cope well under pressure.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is part time (0.6FTE), permanent appointment, with an expected start date as soon as possible. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £34,733 - £40,797 pro rata per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. Appointments are normally made at the bottom of the salary scale.
