We are looking for a high-quality individual who brings expertise in teaching in Applied Health and Data Sciences with preference given to applicants with knowledge of observation and experimental study designs, use of large-scale electronic health record datasets and experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.  The role will mainly, but not exclusively, contribute to Postgraduate teaching activities and to shared courses that are taken across a wide range of programmes including the Masters in Public Health (MPH), Health Data Science, Global Health and Management and online programmes in MPH and Research Methods for Health.  The postholder will lead on the development of a work-based learning course suitable for delivery to Health Data Science and the wider IAHS Masters programmes, and will contribute to the design and development of an online version of the Health Data Science programme.

Applicants should be enthusiastic and have innovative ideas on how we might utilise our limited resources to further enhance student numbers and improve student engagement. Experience in online and/or blended course development and delivery is essential. You will contribute to teaching and assessment and participate across a range of teaching activities, including course coordination and research project supervision.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 7, £43,414 - £51,805 and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
