Graduate Business Partnership

Job Summary - The Innovation, Impact & Business department at the University of Exeter have an opportunity for a new graduate to support with the delivery of a pilot programme for Student Startups.  This project is designed to widen access to experiential entrepreneurship education and expand equality of opportunity and social mobility.  Your role will involve devising creative ways in which to engage with students and recent graduates across the university to increase visibility of the programmes offered by the team.   You will also be involved in frontline administrative leadership, event co-ordination and ensuring that programme outcomes are collated and communicated with both internal and external networks. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) Scheme and offers full-time hours (36.5 per week) until the end of March 2023.  There is a hybrid working arrangement in place and you will have access to a wide range of benefits and development opportunities. About You - You should be a recent graduate who has excellent organisational and communications skills, excellent word processing and IT skills, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and the ability research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work on your own initiative, attention to detail, have flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workload, and have discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues. You should also be self-motivated, be a good team player, and have the ability to be flexible and adaptive to changes in task allocation and areas of responsibility, confidence, and ability to work independently with appropriate supervision, and the ability to always present a professional image of the University of Exeter. Experience and/or an interest in entrepreneurial activity is desirable through not essential.
