We are looking for someone to act as a bridge between the Student Recruitment team and academic departments that help coordinate recruitment activity, with a focus on ensuring applicants complete their journey to Goldsmiths.

What you will do
The Student Recruitment Business Partner will enable and facilitate strategic student recruitment activity within Goldsmiths, working with senior academics, admissions tutors and Student Recruitment colleagues.

You will be responsible for providing evidence-based student recruitment advice for undergraduate and postgraduate prospective students, with a focus on international and EU students.

We are currently operating hybrid working. You will be in the office at least two days a week, one of which is a ‘core’ day when the whole team is in. This role is not being offered as remote working only.

Where the role sits
This role sits within the Student Recruitment team within the Communications, Marketing and Recruitment (CMR) Directorate. It is aligned with the CMR Business Partner team that ensures that academic departments and professional service teams are supported by experts who understand their needs and priorities.

What the successful candidate needs
You will have experience of working in student recruitment, knowing how it works domestically and internationally. You’ll also be a skilled at managing stakeholders with competing needs, helping them with their requirements, diplomatically managing expectations and ensuring they work to our recruitment strategy.
