Skills/Qualifications

• More than 10 years experience in IT development with different programming languages, with focus on in network programming, development of RESTfull services over HTTPS, design of computer platform software architectures for the implementation of projects in the field of health and multiplatform distributed systems that include computers, mobiles and IoT devices.
• Expert in the development in cloud platforms, skills in the management of virtual machines, containers and serverless development.
• Knowledge of health data interoperability standards.
• Expert in the processing and analysis of physiological data.
• Experience in managing international teams for technical development.
• Experience in home automation and interoperability standards.
• Experience and knowledge in the following technologies, data processing and ML libs: Numpy, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras,TFLite, Pytorch, Detectron2; Standards: HL7, Snomed, OpenEHR, Web of Things, Banckend microservice frameworks, Loopback, JavaSpark.
• DevOps experience in developing continuous delivery / continous integration pipelines (CI / CD) using OpenShift.
• Experience in the development of behavioral analysis systems based on deep learning networks and their optimization in embedded devices.

Specific Requirements

It will be valued:

• Participation experience and management of competitive research projects.
• Experience in writing and publishing scientific articles.
