OFFER DESCRIPTION

A post-doctoral researcher is needed to give support to complete the study funded by the Spanish Ministry and the Fundació la Marató de TV3 including neuropsychological assessments, database management, project management, data analysis and reporting of results in the format of scientific articles to be submitted in Q1 neuroscience journals. The job involves participating actively in recruitment of the sample (healthy old adults) and complete screening and neuropsychological evaluations (including neuropsychological reports), as well as help to obtain data on lifestyles. It will be required for the candidate to have previous experience on clinical and neuropsychological assessments in aging, in order to contribute to a careful selection of the final sample. The candidate will also have to supervise the cognitive assessments and reports from junior neuropsychologists. A broad experience in writing scientific articles is mandatory. The position also requires previous experience on neuroimaging and, although it might not be necessary to conduct neuroimaging processing, the candidate will have to be able to deal with neuroimaging data (MRI and fMRI-resting state) for analyses and interpretation of results.
