We are looking for a one researcher (R2) with a PhD degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, biomedicine, biology or equivalent, with a background in data analysis and bioinformatics, ideally applied to neurobiology.
This position is linked to the IKUR strategy of the Department of Education of the Basque Government and the pillar on "Neuro-biosciences" and involves the development of new capacities in data analysis in a collaborative framework.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the different laboratories at ACHUCARRO and the other IKUR associates to analyse data coming from different omics (genomics, transcriptomics, etc). Knowledge of single cell omics applications is an asset.

We offer an initial 3-years contract, with a gross annual salary of 28300 euros. This position, although temporary at the beginning, is expected to be indefinite in the medium term.
