OFFER DESCRIPTION

A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available at the Laboratory of Carlos Sebastián at the University of Barcelona to study the role of metabolic heterogeneity on colorectal cancer progression. Successful applicants will be involved in elucidating the role and biological relevance of cancer metabolism on colorectal cancer metastasis and response to therapies by employing a variety of experimental approaches, including cancer cell lines, 3-D cultures (organoids) and mouse models to monitor metabolic reprogramming in vivo and characterize stepwise cancer metabolic alterations within the physiological context of tumors.
