• Contributing to the development of a distributed tool for modelling biological tissues and organs.️
• Testing and comparing different HPC-efficient solvers.
• Developing a test suite to study the scalability and performance of the application in HPC.
• Optimising distributed computing of real-sized tumour simulations in different HPC clusters.
