The Science and Technology Park Foundation (FCPCT) of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) - Spain offers a Post-Doctoral Researcher contract to work in the above EU project during 33 months.
The Institute of Sustainable Aquaculture and Marine Ecosystems (IU-ECOAQUA) of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) participates as a partner in the MSP-OR project. This project will be carried out by the BIOCON group of the IU-ECOAQUA. This Institute has an international projection aimed at achieving better planning in the integrated management of the marine environment - maritime planning, including the sustainable development of various maritime sectors such as fishing, aquaculture and marine energy from an ecosystem approach. The main objective is to understand the origin, behaviour and structure of the marine environment in order to get a sustainable management of the maritime sectors and promote the conservation of marine biodiversity.
The University will recruit the best candidate following the recommendations of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
