The laboratory of “Organic Synthesis & Catalysis” (Prof. Dr. Anna Lee) at Jeonbuk National University (Republic of Korea, Jeonju) is looking for highly motivated Ph.D. students to develop novel organic reactions. (Starting date: September 1, 2024)

Our research includes:

-Development of novel reactions in organic synthesis and small molecule activation

-Development of novel catalysis based on Green Chemistry

-Visible light-mediated reactions

-Radical reactions and so on


The students will have the opportunity to engage in various topics and gain expertise in organic chemistry.


<Qualifications/ Requirements>

1. Graduates in chemistry (B.S.) and M.S. degree in organic chemistry

2. An outstanding and promising student in organic chemistry with prior experience in organic synthesis

(NMR analysis, Mass spectroscopy analysis, purification skill, etc.)

3. An independent and harmonious student with excellent English communication
