Hlavné myšlienky (tézy) navrhovanej témy:

Súčasné konkurenčné prostredie núti každú organizáciu k aktivite, ktorá je nasmerovaná na prispôsobovanie sa zmenám v prostredí, v ktorom pôsobí, a na neustále zlepšovanie. Jedná sa o nepretržitý proces, ktorý je vyvolaný vývojom na trhu – zmenami v správaní sa konkurencie a meniacimi sa požiadavkami zákazníkov. Aby bola organizácia schopná na tieto zmeny reagovať, proces neustáleho zlepšovania musí byť organizovaný ako systém a zároveň realizovaný nepretržite, každodenne. Dôležité je, aby sa neustále zlepšovanie stalo strategickým cieľom každej organizácie. Teória i prax pozná množstvo nástrojov a metód, ktoré sa vo významnej miere uplatňujú ako účinné prostriedky pre neustále zlepšovanie.

 

Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic:

The current competitive environment forces every organisation to be proactive in adapting to changes in its environment and to continuously improve. This is a continuous process, which is triggered by market developments - changes in the behaviour of competitors and changing customer requirements. In order for an organisation to be able to respond to these changes, the process of continuous improvement must be organised as a system and at the same time implemented continuously, on a day-to-day basis. It is important that continuous improvement becomes a strategic objective of every organisation. Theory and practice are aware of a number of tools and methods that are widely used as effective means for continuous improvement.
