Kvalitatívne a kvantitatívne hodnotenie opotrebenia prostredníctvom 3D technológií

Hlavné myšlienky (tézy) navrhovanej témy: Riešenie dizertačnej práce bude zamerané na overenie metodiky hodnotenia opotrebenia pomocou digitálneho obrazu opotrebovanej vzorky/súčiastky v jednotlivých štádiách procesu opotrebenia vytvoreného 3D skenovaním. Zámerom práce je uskutočniť riadený experiment so širším portfóliom skúšaných materiálov s rôznou odolnosťou proti opotrebeniu, ktoré budú opotrebovávané viacerými mechanizmami abrazívneho opotrebenia. Modelovanie procesov opotrebenia bude uskutočnené prostredníctvom skúšok opotrebenia viazaným abrazívom, ako aj voľným abrazívom, príp. prevádzkových skúšok. Kvalitatívne a kvantitatívne hodnotenie opotrebenia bude uskutočnené na kolmých rezoch digitálnym obrazom opotrebených vzoriek/súčiastok. Doplňujúcim parametrom hodnotenia budú informácie o topografii povrchov skúmaných objektov pred opotrebením a v jednotlivých štádiách opotrebenia. Výstupom dizertačnej práce budú kvalitatívne a kvantitatívne ukazovatele opotrebenia skúmaných materiálov pre skúmané mechanizmy opotrebenia, ako aj ich závislosti od materiálových a skúšobných parametrov. |
Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic: The solution of the dissertation will be focused on the verification of the wear assessment methodology using a digital image of the worn sample/part in individual stages of the wear process created by 3D scanning. The aim of the work is to carry out a controlled experiment with a wider portfolio of tested materials with different resistance to wear, which will be worn by several mechanisms of abrasive wear. Modelling of wear processes will be carried out through wear tests with bound abrasives as well as free abrasives, or through operational tests. Qualitative and quantitative assessment of wear will be carried out on perpendicular sections with a digital image of worn samples/parts. An additional evaluation parameter will be information on the topography of the surfaces of the investigated objects before wear and during individual stages of wear. The outputs of the dissertation will be qualitative and quantitative wear indicators of the investigated materials for the investigated wear mechanisms, as well as their dependence on both, material, and test parameters. |
