Identifikácia a spôsob optimalizácie tvorby topografie povrchu materiálov generovaných laserovým delením

Hlavné myšlienky (tézy) navrhovanej témy: Bude vykonané 3D meranie topografie povrchu minimálne 33 vzoriek rezov generovaných laserovým lúčom, pričom získané dáta budú využité za účelom vytvorenia štatistického modelu pomocou aplikácie DOE. Práve táto metóda používajúca Taguchiho prístup predstavuje systematický postup výrazne redukujúci nutný počet skúšok a umožňuje navrhovanie faktorov a podmienok nadväzných experimentov. Hlavným cieľom práce bude ďalej analýza a interpretácia získaných dát vo vzťahu k vybraným technologickým parametrom, a to ako z hľadiska fyzikálno-mechanickej interakcie nástroja s materiálom, tak z hľadiska termodynamického. Výsledkom práce potom bude predikcia formou interaktívneho analytického modelu topografickej funkcie, exaktný spôsob navrhovania optimálneho online technologického režimu delenia materiálu laserom podľa typu deleného materiálu a jeho verifikácie. |
Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic: The surface topography of at least 33 samples of the laser-generated cuts will be measured in 3D, and the data will be used to develop a statistical model through the use of the DOE application. As a result of Taguchi's approach, this method reduces the number of tests required and enables the design of factors and conditions for follow-up experiments. This study aims to analyse and interpret the obtained data in relation to the selected technological parameters both from the perspective of the physical-mechanical interaction between the tool and the material, as well as from the perspective of the thermodynamics. This study will result in an interactive analytical model that will predict the topographic function, which is an exact method for determining the most effective online technological mode of laser material cutting based on the type of material to be cut and its verification. |
