Defining and optimization lifetime tool for ultrasonic welding

Hlavné myšlienky (tézy) navrhovanej témy: Určenie strednej životnosti nástroja pre ultrazvukové zváranie drôtu (embedding) do podkladového substrátu výpočtom a experimentom. Vytvorenie rovníc na prepočet životnosti podľa vstupných parametrov procesu ultrazvukového zvárania. Návrh a realizácia modifikácii nástroja za účelom efektívneho predĺženia životnosti. |
Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic: Determining the average tool lifetime for ultrasonic wire welding (embedding) into the underlying substrate by calculation and experiment. Creation of equations for recalculation of lifetime according to the input parameters of the ultrasonic welding process. Design and implementation of tool modifications in order to effectively extend the service life.
