The institute is looking for an excellent and highly motivated candidate for PhD in the field of Biochemistry
The thesis is focused on:
This dissertation focuses on the research and use of in vitro 3D reconstituted models for the assessment of systemic toxicity. The work will explore the advantages of 3D models compared to traditional 2D cultures and their potential to improve the prediction of toxicity and efficacy of various substances. The experiments will mainly focus on the field of inhalation and interstinal toxicity in vitro. The results of this work could contribute to the development of more effective methods for testing the safety of chemical compounds and drugs.
