Executive/Senior Executive (Grant Administration) - 009ZS 



Description

 

Managing all pre- and post-award activities of selected programmes. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling internal deadlines and disseminating grant programmes announcements
  • Coordinating submissions and checking eligibility of applicants and grant applications to ensure completeness, and compliance with grantor’s terms and conditions
  • Facilitating award notifications and account creation processes
  • Processing post-award project management requests (virement, extension, change in PI, etc.) and conveying outcome of requests
  • Coordinating submission of quarterly fund claims for selected programmes
  • Coordinating submission of project/programme progress reports
  • Maintaining and monitoring statistics, and preparing stakeholder reports, where necessary
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned such as organising meetings/visits/events/workshops/seminars and etc.
 



Qualifications

 

  • A recognised degree.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player.
  • Adaptability and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a good aptitude in learning and upgrading of knowledge in IS.
