Casual Management Support Staff, Student Service Centre, Office of Student Affairs - 009EX 



Description

 

1.   Provide prompt and personable services to students via counter, telephone and email for the following services:


    • Collect fees and answer billing enquiries,

    • Retrieve and print transcripts,

    • Retrieve and issue transcripts in pre-sealed envelopes,

    • Prepare status letters

    • Answer queries on submission of thesis, application of student status letters, Undergraduate concession cards, student’s pass, replacement of student card.

    • Issue Undergraduate concession cases,

2.   Collate statistics on service levels.

 

3. Collate feedback from customers on service delivery and areas of improvement.

 

4.   Use various software to track telephone calls, counter enquiries and email volume

 

5.   General duties:


    • Replenish brochures and magazines in the waiting area.

    • Maintain SSC in a clean and presentable condition.

    • Any other administrative support duties that may be assigned from time to time.
 



Qualifications

 

Requirements:  


  • GCE A-Level or Diploma, preferably with minimum 1 year experience in customer service.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Warm, courteous and customer centric with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional and well groomed.

  • Positive working attitude, team player.

  • Meticulous, independent and proactive.

  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

  • Enjoy working with young adults.

  • Resourceful and committed.
