According to the Methodology for awarding professional degrees and classification for executive positions in research, methodology included in the Internal Regulations of INSEMEX Petroșani, Annex 3, Chap. IV, point 4.2:

  • Member in the collective for at least 2 RDI projects funded from the state budget;
  • Member in the collective for at least 5 RDT projects funded by third parties (economic agents);
  • Responsible for at least 2 RDT projects funded by the state budget or at least 10 RDT contracts funded by economic agents;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in R&D in the field of concern or in education, or 10 years for those coming from outside the R&D domain, or 8 years if they have a doctoral degree (4 years for those with doctoral degree, acting in research or high education)
  • Minimum 6 scientific papers presented at scientific events;
  • Have been promoted within PNCDI or other RD programs financed from public or international funds, at least one project proposal.
