Position available within the research project entitled: “Targeted Hif-1α gene silencing to improve the antitumor effect of a combination regimen of immunotherapy and chemotherapy in melanoma”, project number_ TE 121 ⁄ 2020
the candidate will perform research activities regarding the mechanisms involved in the anti-tumor effect of a combination therapy ( siRNA specific for Hif-1α gene, liposomal doxorubicin and anti-PDL-1 antibodies) for the treatment of melanoma: culture of mammalian cells, cytotoxicity tests, RNA and protein arrays, etc.
