Research Fellowship for PhD students - (BL90/2022_IST-ID)

Applications are open for one Research Fellowship, within the framework of project CE2COAST/IST-ID (JPIOCEANS/0002/2019), financed by national funds through FCT/MCTES (PIDDAC)

Workplan: The fellowship holder is expected to provide support to:

• Exploration and development of a model applied to the Tagus estuary, to assess the effect of the basin on water quality and coastal ecosystems;
• Analysis of the results and evaluation of scenarios;
• Dissemination of the results

Duration: The fellowship will have a duration of 12 months and is expected to start in June 2022. The fellowship contract may be renewed up to a maximum of 15 months of total duration of the fellowship (the project will end on 31/08/2023; if extended, the contract may possibly be renewed until the new project end date). When the academic degree or diploma is awarded during the duration of the fellowship contract, the fellowship may be concluded under the established contractual terms.
