A call is open for the allocation of 1 (one) research fellowship for PhD students (BI), within the research project GreenStamp (CENTRO-01-0247-FEDER-047256), co-financed through the Sistema de Apoio à Investigação Científica e Tecnológica – Programas Integrados de IC&DT, by the Portugal 2020 Program (PT 2020), in the framework of the Regional Operational Program of the Center (CENTRO 2020) and the European Union through the Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional (FEDER), , taking place at the Universidade da Beira Interior (www.ubi.pt ), under the following conditions:

Research Field: Informatics

Objetives:

Development of programming language and static analysis techniques for software energy consumption certification.

Work plan:

- Study of the state of the art and technological revision;

- Development of Cloud-based collaborative distributed systems for software energy consumption certification;

- Publication of articles in international conferences or journals.

Work location:

The work will be developed at the University of Beira Interior under the scientific supervision of Doctor Simão Melo de Sousa ([email protected] ) and Doctor Paul Crocker ([email protected] ).

Fellowship duration and conditions:

The fellowship is expected to start in February 2022 and ends on 30/06/2023 (project completion date).

The activity is in regime of exclusive dedication in accordance with the .

Publication/notification of results:

The final results of the evaluation process will be published in a sorted list, by the final classification obtained, and posted in a visible and public place of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Beira Interior. The candidate(s) will be notified of the decision by e-mail.
