Selection methods :

The first selection phase comprises the evaluation of the Curriculum Vitae and motivation letter. The weighting of these evaluation factors is as follows:

i) Academic Qualifications – 50%

ii) Experience and profile adequacy regarding the work plan and objectives – 50%

The jury may consider necessary to carry out individual interviews with the candidates with the highest classifications. The Final Grade is obtained by the weighted average of:

i) Academic Qualifications and motivation letter - 30%

ii) Experience and profile adequacy regarding the work plan and objectives – 30%

iii) Individual interview – 40%

The jury may not award the fellowship if the candidates do not have the skills and professional experience adequate to the objectives and work plan to be developed.
