Laboratory of Structural Biology at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IIMCB), Warsaw, headed by Prof. Matthias Bochtler is looking for a PhD Student.
You will join the project entitled: Genomics and Epigenomics of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML)
The project aims to compare genomic and epigenomic changes in leukemias of highly aberrant karyotype with those in the already well characterized leukemias without chromosomal rearrangements. In particular, we want to test the proposal that defective DNA damage signaling due to ten eleven translocation (TET) deficiency could contribute to the formation of karyotype aberrations.
