Additional comments

• An application for employment addressed to the Rector,

• Personal questionnaire (available at www.uwb.edu.pl/inne-druki )

• Curriculum vitae, taking into account the scientific and research achievements in the field of pedagogy,

• A copy of the award of the master's degree in pedagogy,

• Statement of the knowledge of the language, sufficient to conduct didactic classes with students,

• Statement of proficiency in using information technology

• Declaration of compliance with the conditions set out in Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668),

• A statement that in the case of employment at the University of Białystok, after the competition procedure, the University of Białystok will be the candidate's primary place of work within the meaning of the Act (Article 120 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal . of 2018, item 1668),

• documents confirming additional qualifications / competences,

 

• the candidate's declaration of consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR)
