The Award was established in 2021 and is funded by Shaun Lynn and Maria Lee to honour their parents Dr Ann Sullivan and Professor Dimitris Margaritis and their work at the University of Auckland, and the support networks in New Zealand and Korea that encouraged their own higher education.

The main purpose of the Award is to provide financial support to students with Māori whakapapa who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree programme in the University of Auckland Business School, and who are experiencing financial hardship and struggling to meet basic living costs.

Scholarship applications will usually open around six weeks before the closing date. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible before you apply.
