International Student Admissions (ISA) of Utrecht University is looking for a temporary Assistant for the peak period of 15 November 2021 until 30 September 2022. ISA is responsible for the credential evaluation of non-Dutch degrees, study visa applications, and the administration of scholarships and financial aid.

You will be working closely with the Assistant Admissions Officers, and will focus on processing the application files of international degree-seeking students, as well as providing email-based student support.

Core activities include:

  • reviewing application documents in our online application system and checking application files for completeness;
  • monitoring incomplete application files and assisting students in finalizing their files;
  • processing application documents received via the mail and verifying their authenticity;
  • answering questions about the general application procedure and related topics by email;
  • processing application documents and adding them to the application system;
  • administrative support for Visa Officers.
