Project description
This PhD position focuses on studying the consumption of sustainable foods, for instance, plant-based substitutes for animal-based food items. The results of the project will be used to make recommendations about how to stimulate a transition to more sustainable food consumption. The project involves an international research team with leading researchers and as such provides a unique learning environment for a PhD student.

The position is part of an NWO OC project and involves econometrics, marketing, and micro-economics. It requires the use of advanced methods of data analysis, probability theory, optimization, and work-flow management.
